  • 1. Package Preparation

    • Ensure the items are properly packed and labeled, following the guidelines for secure packaging.
    • Include the recipient’s complete details (name, address, contact number) on the package.
  • 2. Visit a Drop & Go Branch

    • Bring your package to the nearest Drop & Go branch or partner hub.
    • Check the operating hours to ensure the branch is open.
  • 3. Weigh and Declare Items

    • Your package will be weighed and inspected to confirm the declared contents.
    • For certain items, additional documentation may be required (e.g., perishable goods or fragile items).
  • 4. Choose the Delivery Option

    • Standard Delivery: Ideal for regular deliveries within the usual timeline.
    • Ratsada Same-Day Delivery: For urgent deliveries that need to be completed on the same day.
  • 5. Payment

    • Pay the delivery fees based on the weight, size, declared value and destination of your package.
  • 6. Tracking

    • Once the package has been booked and paid you will received a Bill of Lading (BL) number.
    • Use this BL number number to monitor the delivery status online or via customer service.
  • 7. Delivery Confirmation

    • The recipient will receive an SMS notification as soon as the package arrives at its destination.
    • Ensure the recipient is available to claim the cargo items within 3 days. If the items are not claimed within this period, a storage fee of PHP 100 per day per item will be charged starting from the 4th day after arrival.
